Sencha means "the first tea harvest." The young shoots that give tea a subtle flavor and soft green are reserved for Sencha
This tea is consumed in Japan on multiple occasions. It is often offered visitors eet is consumed during the active hours of the day.
For the morning and afternoon
Preparation:
- pour one teaspoon per cup full of 20 cl
- pour the non-boiling water (80 ° C) on the tea leaves
- infuse a minute by the time the leaves rehydrate
The same tea can be used twice.
